I can't get to the website at the moment, but there are several pages under English > userguide3 > Contributor resources that explain this and related topics like our file naming convention.
Generally, reviewed/proofread chapters go into the Feedback folder for the relevant book. After uploading the reviewed file, the reviewer is supposed to send a note to the list saying it's been done (to draw the attention of the chapter's author, who might otherwise not notice).
