Jean will have to give you access to the authors site, if you have not
already create an account at http://oooauthors.org/ .  You will need
this to download material to review and upload.

A good starting point for the How Tos etc is at
http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Documentation/ .  An account is
required to upload to the wiki but you can download some of the current
material to get the layout and ideas on what is needed.
