No, that's not the issue.  The issue is that you should be allowed to
give access to people you don't fully trust to a machine.  I have
several friends whom I trust *to a limited degree* have access to
several of my machines.  Your "security is bad" philosophy would result
in a universe where I would have to tell them "no way, you can't have an
account."
