All,

Just FYI, I'm about half-way through normalizing the kvm vs libvirt 
configurations (yes, the whole dang thing).  So far, there are only a 
handful of conflicts which will require code changes/updates.  Most of 
the code changes are simple renames, or addition of some simple "if 
param then else" logic.

I'm keeping notes about these with in-line comments and using git's 
rerere module to record the merge as I go.  Since there are ongoing 
changes on both sides, hopefully using rerere will help rebasing my 
updates later.  Assuming my progress pace continues, the normalization 
shouldn't take long.

Once it's done, my thinking is to package the normalized & centralized 
config. as one of several patches in a set for review.  Though if anyone 
has any suggestions or related recommendations let me know.  Thanks.
