That said, I am all in favor of supplying a place for implementation in 
other languages, but I think that they should be in seperate projects. 
 Having lots of different implementations inside of one project would 
just complicate things and confise users.

How does the Apache Group handle this in general?  Are there other 
repositories for the different languages or would you make a 
jakarta-avalon-logkit-csharp (-1) package?
