At least in reference to _Context_ keys, we seem to lean toward
the second option.  In Parameters/Properties, there is no
standard other than the Java standard (at least that I am aware
of).

Right.  It seems something that both Stephen and Peter agreed on,
which is a good thing.  I have no problems with it, and am willing
to move toward its use.
