When one is the single largest contributor of code, as well as the most experienced developer, *not* accepting a burden of leadership may not neccessarily be a good thing. Leadership in this context does not neccessarily mean giving orders or being a benevolent dictator.

As an example: I still haven't gotten an answer as to what Phoenix's future evolution as a project within Avalon is. It appears that you don't know, and I interpret that as nobody knowing. Meaning that we have a project that has no clue where it is going.
