So do I ... but without being in a position to know what is happening with
the Board and Peter, it would be hard to say if these continued references
are helping or hurting.  I don't know Peter, and I certainly don't know how
he responds to public criticism that is directed at his behavior, rather
than his work product.

And with all due apologies for a bit of pop psych, people might privately
reflect upon how they might have enabled the prior behavior.  Community
behavior is not just one person's responsibility or fault.  Along those
lines, I think that perhaps things are at a point where demonstrating how a
community should work is more valuable than castigating someone over how it
didn't.
