Why does this have to go into the sandbox? This isn't floating some
unrelated topic, but actual doc about Avalon itself. The sandbox is for
testing ideas(*) rather than developing real stuff.

Your right - there is no need for a sandbox project - its better just
to get on with the job and put it into the avalon site.

while it does not represent the thoughts of the rest of us it should not be placed in a prominent position and should be restricted to assembly/merlins website given that is the only place it is relevent.

I tell you what - why don't you add your thoughts about the subject as well - in fact anyone could contribute there thoughts on a containment architectures - and maybe out of that we'll get a really good picture.
