Why does this have to go into the sandbox? This isn't floating some
unrelated topic, but actual doc about Avalon itself. The sandbox is for
testing ideas(*) rather than developing real stuff.
Your right - there is no need for a sandbox project - its better just
to get on with the job and put it into the avalon site.

True. This must also work for Phoenix and any other effort that comes up with technical decisions which are not based on community consensus.

Even if I think it would be harder in the future, for this community, to do something and not base it on consensus.
