As for sandbox sites.
If it's a sandbox project page it should not placed in a prominent position and *clearly* marked as a sandbox project site.
I propose that all sandbox projects prepend /sandbox/ to their URIs, as Jakarta commons does, in the sake of clearness. Mixing released and unreleased stuff is bad and has brought us only problems and bad pubblicity.
