yes. What "PMC Chair" means is defined in the ASF bylaws and/or board minutes and hence I believe we should not provide another definition in another document for sake of clarity. I think it's not even valid to do so. Even if we do the formalism thing, we should incorporate this definition by reference only.Definition 3. PMC ChairA officer of the Board of Directors appointed to the position to the position of "Vice President, Avalon", serving at the direction of Board of Directors as the chair of the Avalon PMC, having a primary responsiblity for for management of the projects within the scope of responsibility of the Avalon PMC. Anyone see any problems with the above defintion?
