more GUMP stuff that needs doing wrt avalon:

- add all avalon-apps
- add all sandbox projects
- add some excalibur projects
- add all excalibur projects to the main jakarta-avalon-project
- make "dist" targets run and work for all projects

- figure out if we want to use gump as dependency tracking system rather than the system Jeff built for excalibur.
