Didn't you say that all these votes would have "PMC:" prepended?
If so, wouldn't we have "[PMC:Proposal]"?
Anyway, it is not important. The text looks good, and I would vote +1
at this time.
Let's apply the principle of "good enough" for now. If we need to
ratify it later we will.
