I've just added the updates to the BlockInfoBuilder that (a) enables Phoenix to read in the Type .xinfo, (b) put in an exception if an attempt is made to build a defintion containing anything unsupported by Phoinix, and (c) put in place a generic block context object under tools/export/ enabling block that require BlockContext to be used outside of Phoenix.
