1. Files that are decodable by mpg4c32.dll are not compatible with ffmpeg or
divx4.

You disabled a trick that allowed us to use VfW dlls to output into YUY2 and
also removed 'MP42' from the list.

This decoder doesn't support YUV2 and avifile tries to use its own
conversion routine (slow and written in C) and converts
RGB back to YUV2.
Remove mpg4c.dll and so which codec will be choose next.
For now you can't reorder them in GUI
Only in avirc - which is the thing I wouldn't advice to do.
Another thing is you could try - remove whole libwin32 from plugin dir -
if you have MP43 file divx decoder will handle that - both
FFMpeg and DivX should handle this in full speed.
