Should be enough, I suggest disabling autoquality and prebuffering and
enabling direct rendering.

If m4 is r128 based, you can try my patch that uses busmastering for video
transfers (look on dri-devel mailing list). If it's a mach64, you're out of
luck until there is a dri driver for it, it is in progress.
