Ehh. Zdnek said to me that his code based on your source, so I was sure in
that you are mentioned in the credits. Anyway, I didn't checked, I trusted
in him...

I agree, but avifile has no documentation at all ;)
Btw at least an AUTHORS file with the list of contributors should be
in avifile tree.
