I dont know, aviplay has been able to play partial, that is still downloading
streams. It doesn't have the option of entering an url or anything, but it
can play partial streams as the divx downloads or if a download is broken. I
seriously dont see how mpeg is error resistant since i see just as many
errors in it as a divx, the only difference is that mpeg is more tolerant of
those errors than divx is, but aviplay does a good job at handling divx
errors. Some players dont, however.
