It depends on what kind of decoder do you use - maybe you
have forgot to install win32 codecs which have this feature and
you are using ffmpeg decoder instead - but for this codec the
selection for these paramaters is so far unsupported...
Check order of decoders in GUI and resort order properly so
divx direct show codecs goes first (or DivX4 if you have encore/decore
libraries installed)
