Yes it is possible - but not in current CVS version you could see...

Also it depends on the speed of CPU - if you use OpenDivX you have to use
very fast CPU - older Win32 Div3 codecs leaves much more CPU cycles free.
and new DivX4.11 is also more usable here.

I guess the version which allows full selection of various MP3 paramaters
(VBR, speed, quality, ...)  will be commited next year.
