Category: None Group: None Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 5 Submitted By: Tomas Kuliavas (tokul) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: windows placement is too smart Initial Comment: when aviplay creates video output window, it overrides x window manager settings and tries to place it in own way. This works correctly with KDE, but causes problems with Gnome + Enlightenment or Sawfish. In sawfish window is placed in upper left possition. Not a big problem, window still can be moved. But in Enlightenment window's upper left corner goes out of current workspace. It is impossible to move the window without changing the workspace. Maybe it is possible to have some option that does not allow such "smart" behavior. System: Linux Debian Woody with updates from security.debian.org. Tested with avifile v.0.7.22-20021129 and with 20021208 cvs. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=111050&aid=650757&group_id=11050 _______________________________________________ Avifile mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://prak.org/mailman/listinfo/avifile
