Hi, I'm not able to use aviplay to play the mms stream at this URL:
mms://main.str3am.com/dcradio700 This stream used to be a "Windows Media Audio 9" stream, 20 kbps, 16 kHz, stereo 1-pass CBR (I think this worked with the FFMPEG WMA v2 codec). However, WGOP has just changed over to a new codec, "Windows Media Audio 9 Voice," 20 kbps, 22 kHz, mono. They got complaints about the quality of the audio stream with the previous WMA9 codec. aviplay played the previous WMA9 stream perfectly, but with this new "WMA9 Voice" stream it says "Playing" but I get nothing but silence. I'm running the avifile suite from avifile-0.7.32-20030219.tgz which I compiled and installed myself. Does anyone know about support for this WMA9 Voice codec in xine?
