AFAIK I've added support for some WMA speech codec
(together with wma9 & wmv9) wmspdmod.dll
Is the WMA9 Voice something different ?
Could you identify the needed win DMO for this
- eventually - could you make available somewhere audio file which
needs this codecs and it's not playable by aviplay ?
I've very minimal contact with Win32 world - so you will have
to help with this :)
