thank you for your support. but it does not work.
I have tried to change the high fuse byte to 0x80 during feeding with 1
MHz and 4 MHz into XTAL1. But the timeout message still occurs and the
high fuse byte still at 0x08.
I use the Ethernut board PCB Version 1.3 Revision G with a oscillator at
14.7456 MHz.
Which other options I have to solve the problem?
