the tools stk500 (STK500 command line programmer, v 2.2 Atmel Corp (C)
2004-2005.) and avrdude I took from Nut/OS installation (Ethernut 4.2.1)

have tried to program the Ethernut board over SP Duo.
The Ethernut 1.3 needs a special cable for JTAG programming, see
http://www.ethernut.de/en/jtag/jtagconn.html. Do you have this?
Sorry, the special cable for JTAG programming I do not have.
Where is the difference between programming with SP Duo and with special
JTAG cable?
