Well I had to do a respin, so the actual date is 2010-01-20.
A command similar to the following should apply the appropriate tag to
the repository. Be careful, as this acts directly on the repository.
Be sure to double check this, as I'm not entirely confident that
this is correct. Also, if there were checkins near the 20th, look out
for timezone issues.
cvs -d cvs_root rtag -D '2010-01-20' WinAVR-20100120 avr-libc
