To be fair, Georg-Johann has been *very* eager recently to integrate all the outstanding AVR-GCC patches, including the large Xmega patch. Unless you really need support for the very most recent AVR devices that have been released just in the past months (and thus didn't make it yet into a GCC release), you can get away with a stock GCC 4.7.1 these days without any further patches. -- cheers, J"org .-.-. --... ...-- -.. .
