Ok, I'm getting my butt kicked here. Can anyone point me to some obj,
3ds, or dae files that are proven to load with textures? i'm getting a
wide range of bewildering effects such as:

* the textured object loads but the Object3D instance is mysteriously
null (3DS format with UV)
* the textured object loads but only the sides W/O UV information are
rotating (OBJ from AccuTrans3D; the most bizarre effect yet!)
* weird non-scalable tiny objects get loaded that seem unaffected by
the scaling initializer (mostly 3DS).

So in the end I've come closest to meeting my goal with the built-in
LW OBJ exporter.

So in summary I've yet to be able to create a custom object that is UV
mapped and bring it in to Away3D 2.2. Is there a tutorial or primer on
this somewhere I missed? The ones I've found so far are generally
about texturing primitives.
