Hello, this is interesting.

Could anyone tell me what's the differences between a Flex project and a
ActionScript3 project except that the later can not use those Flex
components?

Actually as a professional Java programmer, I am very new to ActionScript3.
Recently I created an Eclipse plugin to edit, build and debug ActionScript
3, but from this thread, I realized that I have messed up the ideas of Flex
and AS3. --- thanks you guys!

By the way, I believe the plugin I created is the first free & open-source
eclipse plugin for building ActionScript3 code. Correct me if I was wrong.
Check it out at

you are interested. Thanks.
