think there is a bug in HoverCamera in both away3d 3.4.1> and away3d
lite.
I have reverted to 3.4.0 with a modification to it as follows, lines
134-136:
gx += target.x;
gy += target.y;
gz += target.z;
I can see this has been added in 3.4.2 but unfortunately it just does
not work as it did before.. you get really weird hover, not as it does
with 3.4.0 so for the moment I have to stick with 3.4.0...
in away 3dlite - same thing it goes a little crazy and for whatever
reason it does not seem to be following its target..
on another note, i am still convinced that the cube6 mapping on a
normal cube does not work as it should in away3d (a skybox6 however
applies the material properly).. works like a treat in aw3d lite
though. using the same method away3d squeezes all of it onto 1 plane
and then distorts the rest. in away3d lite however, set bitmap
material and it wraps all the planes perfectly..
