I use bitmap material but that's good to know for the future, thank
you.

I bumped up the segments from 1 to 3 and programatically did a
disk.face[x}.visible=false and it worked but still having performance
issues. Still not very confident to go into and hack the class ...

Needing to stack about 10 various sized "rings" with bitmap material.
Fly over and get to the center and all slows to a crawl I assume
because I'm looking down through 10 different bitmaps ... oh well ...
