Hello List I'm working on a Game, using Away3DLite and just updated to the latest SVN revision (2250). After that, the "visible" property of 3D Objects doesn't work as expected. Object faces begin to flicker, they don't fully disappear.
After several tests, I figured out that it only occurs when objects share the same BitmapData for their material. I put together a test- case for you: http://pastie.org/834149 The code simply generates 3 cubes (two cubes and a "floor") and then sets the visibility of one cube to false. The two cubes share the same material! Here's how it looks with the latest SVN revision (2250): http://bummzack.ch/misc/r2250/index.html Which is rather strange behavior. Here's how it looked with a previous revision (2239): http://bummzack.ch/misc/r2239/index.html Apart from the usual z-sorting issues, everything is fine there... Maybe it's not a bug, but a feature?
