OpenCollada's version is based on the Feeling Software version, and is
kept much more up to date. It works with 2010, both for Maya and Max.

It seems like there are enough differences between Collada exporters
that it might not be feasible to simply have one Collada importers for
Away3D that tries to match the generic standard. It might make the
pipeline much less brittle to have a dedicated OpenCollada importer
that more closely tracks what the exporters export.

Ultimately though, I'm going to try to figure out at least one way to
reliably get animated meshes into Away3D. I need a good clean way to
get 3D into Away3D.
