Doodes ! , you can't compare Unity and Away3 ! Unity is independent technology with it's own web plugin and different platforms compilers . Unity is 3d complete game engine like Unreal Engine CryEngine (I mean not by power but by definition ) . Unity Apps run with 100 GPU and OpenGL support . with built in powerful languages like C# ,Boo(python) and GLSL -OpenGL shaders programming language Away 3d is Flash platform based 3D library and although it is awesome Library it is still confined to Flash limitations . To compare Unity and Away it is like to say that reactive turbine is actually Jet plane !
