OK. So if anyone's interested, you can access the bones of your
Collada (collada.container.getBoneByName is the easiest) and then move
your Bones manually. In the same way you should also be able to get
each Bone in two different Colladas and "morph" (tween really) between
them.

Easy huh?! Hope that answered a question for someone.
