First ,I don't see any particular problem .Second in 3d graphics the textures for mapping are strongly recommended to be in "power of two" mode. That is 32x32 64x64 etc (not necessarily even at width and height ) .Also notice that your tectures have some very sophisticated details in terms of pixel data so it can stem also from slight perspective distortion. Try Away3D Lite as its mapping is much more precise due to FP10 3d API implementation .
