If you can afford to constrain to 2 axis use box2D -it is the fastest.
WoW is not bad.
JigLib eats memory badly,last time I used it(ask Katopz may be there are
significant improvements in the latest releases) ,but if you have a small
amount of transformations it still can be acceptable.
