I'm sure its Collada (I guess it could be md2), but I'm more curious about the whole workflow. I want to know what tools he used to create the model and what exporter he used for the Collada model that would then be imported into Away3D. Lots of posts in the past talk about people having success with only certain combinations of modeler and exporter. Blender + Collada export and 3ds Max + ColladaMax are the only ones I am familiar with.
