if you refer to 4.2 of their eula, I think what that really say is
that you need their permission if you want to sell their zip within
some kind of bundle. what is said in the blog "in case the technology
is used in commercial project it is necessary to place the link to its
developer — Alternativa company." but any way. they dont pay me for
spreading the word, so enough with offtopic. 3 days before all of the
internet will be covered with better flash 3d news reports.
