the boxes of the stairs, are they welded, are the boxes forming the stairs top not having faces where they meet? The two bases of the stairs on the floor, do they have a face at bottom or not? Is the floor having a perfect fitting hole for the stair base? is your model triangulated for export and welded, snapped on a grid?
