Before I embark on the mammoth task (for me) of attempting to
implement a Oren-Nayar material/shader, has anyone else done this, or
made a start on it? I intended to start by looking at how
Dot3BitmapMaterialF10 was implemented and modifying that if possible.

Any pointers about how the materials and shaders hang together will be
gratefully received as this may well prove to be beyond my
capabilities.

I have some sample pixel shader code for D3DX that I should be able to
modify to Pixel Bender.
