I am working with the patch (0003-menu-fix...) from my last comment the last
few weeks without problems.
Entities like & have to be encoded like & to have them appear literally - to use them for assigning access keys they have to remain unquoted. This should be the only difference users should see ...
As anrxc said thats a familiar behavior.
I have little experience with lua - thats why i asked someone to look over it.
