IANAL, but we can probably fork the code and license it under GPL, because BSD allows that IIUC. :) Anyway, BSD or not, we can also just put the code and update COPYING to say that this file is BSD. It doesn't really matter as long as the license is GPL compatible. -- Julien Danjou
