[Axis2] Having docs folders by release in svn

Hi All,
   I am not clear on the rationale for having relese folders of docs by 
release.
   I prefer if we have only the latest version in the svn, else it is 
going to stuff up the svn unnecessarily.

   If a user wants the set of docs for an older release, he/she can get 
it from the release anyway as we pack those with the release. So I see 
no point having multiple versions in the svn, I suggest we remove the 
release folder from docs.
