If I understand your question correctly- If you took the wsdd file away how should the AxisServlet understand which Web Services it should deploy?

My target Web Service is identified via a WSDL. There is no client stub, only a service endpoint URL and a port name. The Service object is created directly from the WSDL content. How does WSS4J work in the absence of the .wsdd file? BTW I can post some example code to clarify my situation.
