I'm not deploying this Web Service to Axis. The Web Service is deployed
to WebSphere (an application server), which then creates a WSDL. I am
using this to invoke the Web Service. Axis is being used as the SOAP
processor, to construct and receive messages from WebSphere.

This process does not involve using a wsdd
