When I deleted ALL TAGLIBS:

just '<?xml-stylesheet href="/private/xsl/NULL"         type="application/x-xsp"?>' is 
ON.

it writes to script:
__mk_text_node($document, $parent, q|Pictures \\\| Manager|);

and writes \'  to final output.

Apache::AxKit::Language::XSP has tag '# $Id: XSP.pm,v 1.28 2003/01/26 17:22:50 matts 
Exp $'... No $VERSION is there.
