Its a big giant hairy TROLL, thats all. There are people that just write code and have no concept of software engineering practice, and then there are software engineers. The toolset you use has nothing to do with which one you are.
IE, My programming experience stretches from mid-70's FORTRAN through M68k assembler and device drivers through C and Forth applications, to Delphi, Perl, DHTML, and XML based technologies, with a good dose of database development thrown in on the side. Am I a "programmer" or a "scripter"? As I said, its a troll, pour flaming oil on it and forget about it ;o).
