Did this ever happen?
BTW, I'm installing on FCS3 now. I'm going to try to use apachetoolkit to install Apache 1... :-P I'll probably report either here or on my site if/when I get it working. Also I'm going to be getting OS X Tiger soon enough and will update my HOWTO for that at some point.
